Returns, Replacements or Refunds.
M&S Electronics has a returns and replacement policy for all its products, depending on the type of product that you wish to return. Our motto is to make a better experience for all our customers and make online shopping more trustworthy. You can count on M&SElectronics to make sure that you will always get the product that was promised to you. If your product was delivered to you broken, inappropriate or incomplete, you can always claim a return or even a possible replacement.
M&S Electronics’ specific returns and replacements policy for each product can be viewed on the product page. Some items can be replaced, and some can be returned. If the exact replacement of the product that you bought is not available, then you will be given a refund.
Acceptable Reasons for the Return/Replacement
Will you be able to return a product or not, depending on the reason for the return? You cannot return a product that was delivered to you in perfect condition. Moreover, a return cannot be possible only because you changed your mind or the product is no longer needed. Here are some of the valid reasons to return a product:
- A product can be returned if it is not the one you originally ordered or is different from what was shown on the website. ( Although the colour tone can vary between the image and the physical product) Or it is damaged during transit.
- If the product delivered to you is faulty in any way upon arrival, then you can ask for a return or replacement.
- Always make a video while opening the parcel, so real-time, true evidence of any damage is recorded. Share with us as soon as you receive the parcel.
- If the product is not delivered completely and some components are missing, we will make sure to complete this ASAP.
- Depending upon the type of defect and the actively applied warranty, M&S Electronics may refer to you to the original brand for a brand warranty claim.
- All products shown on M&S Electronics follow this returns and policy document, and any changes to this document will affect all products shown.
How to Claim a Return, or replacement (Delivered Goods)
M&S Electronics has a no-questions-asked returns and replacement policy for some products. For all the products that you need to return, these are the steps you need to follow:
- Contact Us
The first thing that you need to do is to let us know what product you need to return or replace and why. You can write to us at info@mns.com.pk or call us at 0309-9999054. Our customer care representatives will guide you well with the next steps as well. Moreover, they can also tell you if your product return or replacement request is valid or not. Once you have made contact with M&S Electronics and provided all necessary information, we will proceed further.
- Arrange a House Pickup
M&S Electronics offers an easy house pickup for the returnable product. We offer this service in Lahore only for now. If you are not in Lahore, then you can send the product to us via courier.
- Repack the Product
This point may prove to be very important in the proper return of a product. You have to make sure that the product is repacked in the same way as you received it. All components of the product should be packed in the original packaging in which the product was delivered to you. The product should not be used or damaged after arrival. The original brand packaging of the product needs to be kept intact, and no stickers or tape should be placed on it. The product may not be returnable without the original packaging and box.
- Send it via Courier
You can return your purchased product to M&S Electronics by sending it back to us through any courier at the address ( Shop#42, Madina Heights, Moulana Shokat Ali Rd, Johar Town, Lahore.) Just call the M&S Electronics team before dispatch, let us know before you send it to our Head Office address.
After you have successfully dispatched the goods, send us the tracking info back to M&S Electronics, all you need to do now is to wait. Upon receiving of your parcel at our head office, our team will get in touch with you to provide an update on the return or replacement.
Guide about Refunds (Undelivered Goods/Stock not available)
Refunds are to be made within 15 days of returned products or cancelled orders due to any reason ( stock not available only), and our staff remain unsuccessful in making clients agree on some alternate products.
Our support staff may require information on customer bank accounts for the process of payments of returned goods or paid cancelled orders.

Aphipay Payment Gateway (Instalments): No deductions will be made, and the same paid amount will be reflected in your cards back in the given timeline.
Direct bank transfer: No deductions will be made, and the same amount paid will be sent to the provided bank account within the given timeline.
PayFast: No deductions will be made, and the same paid amount will be reflected in your card back in the given timeline.
