Q: Is free shipping available?

We are happy to assist our customers and we are doing our level best to achieve this. In this regard, free deliveries are available, but only for within city destinations. Inter-provincial deliveries, for example from Punjab to Sindh, require extra care and demands more financial needs. Hence, we inform our customers of extra charges.

Q: Is the product I’m looking for in stock and available?

Yes! Most of the time, the product is available in stock but hiccups are still there. These delays are the result of fluctuation in Dollar $ prices that can cause availability issues. However, this can be overcome if our customers put in some extra time and patience. Hence, we can make the product available as soon as we get our hands on it.

Q: When will I receive my order?

Good news for the people living in Lahore. They will receive their order within the same day. However, people placing orders from other cities might have to wait for 3-4 working days.

Q: What is covered under warranty?

Warranty can be attractive and since not every product gives a warranty for everything, they vary from product to product. For example, DC Inverters usually give a 5–6-year warranty for their compressors while a 1-year brand parts warranty. Some examples among different brands and their warranties are: Orient gives 10 years compressor warranty, Haier gives 5 years compressor warranty, Pel gives 10 years compressor warranty and Gree gives 3 years compressor warranty.

Q: Is express shipping available?

Yes! It usually takes 3 hours for shipping in Lahore. For out of Lahore we deliver in 2-3 days.

Q: How do I get service on an appliance I purchased from your store?

Every product has a warranty card and customers can call to brand’s service center TOLL-FREE # provided/mentioned on the warranty cards.

Every product includes an enclosed warranty card that customers can use when they need the service of their product. Following this, there’s a TOLL-FREE number mentioned on the warranty cards that will guide you for the rest of the process.

Q: Do you deliver to my location?

Yes! We deliver to your doorstep. However, it all depends upon cargo companies. If Cargo companies do not cover a certain area, you have to collect your Product from their nearby office.

Q: Do you offer warranties?

Unfortunately, No! We are a third party and we only sell products while the companies who make the product give warranties. We send you products with official warranty cards, so you can claim the faults to respective manufacturers.

Q: How come your prices are less than other online stores?

We at M&S Electronics make sure competitive prices as compared to the market and other online stores. On the other hand, we always provide only genuine electronics to our valued customers.

Q: Do you offer discounts on dowry packages?

Yes for a big order like 4-5 products we will consider further discounts. For this customers have to come up with finalized products from our online store. Customers have to send us an email for discounts at ” [email protected]” or you can send WhatsApp at ” 0309-9999054 ” any time.

Q: What is a surety that products I plan to buy they will be genuine?

We directly buy from companies and we are authorised resellers of all big brands of Pakistan. We have a in-house experienced team for purchasing that makes sure originality of electronics applainces. M&S Electronics only sells official and genuine products and that is our core value for success as well. If our customers are satisfied then we are.

Q: Can I buy from a debit/credit card from your e-store?

Yes, You can buy from Debit/Credit Cards at checkout. There will be no additional charge on product price.

In some cased we will require some personal information as per demand of bank like a front picture of the credit card required ( You can hide 16 digits and just show the last 4 digits along with front and back scanned copies of CNIC)

Q: Do you offer installment payments?

We are in process of finalising the leasing options. We will live the version soon and update our customers too.

Q: What is surety if I send advance payment and do not get the product or I lose my money?

We have shared only business accounts on our website ( Checkout) on which you should consider sending payments. Business accounts are proof that we have an existing business. And as a consumer, you will get proof that payment is received in Company’s account.

On the other hand, we believe your payments are mandated ” AMANAT ” against the placed order. And we firmly believe you should get the product against the mandated payments. And this is the reason we have ZERO complaint on such issue.

Q: Do you offer installation services?

Yes, We have aligned professional installers in order to rightly installed the products of customers. Quality Installation of air Conditioners, LEDs, Geysers prolongs their life. So we make sure the vendors who work with us are fully capable of doing the right and quality installations. And they are well trained.
